One of the many quotes from the book that jumped out at me. There is just something about a book with the Scottish/Irish brogue that makes my day, and this story has it all. The sexilicious stud, the beauty, and the evil antagonist. 

The characters are believable, likable, and well developed as well as their backgrounds. Devin is a dream, even if he is a vampire, trapped in another realm. Bobbie, is a kick ass character, an immortal witch! Allora! OMGosh the picture of evil incarnate, ruthless, and on a mission.

Bobbie Skye is going through life's obstacles when she lands the job at the MacLeod Estate in Scotland. 

Perfect timing I'd say! 

Devin MacLeod is a vampire trapped in another realm, wanting freedom so bad he can taste it. Where he is trapped blew me away. Just have to read it to find out.

Allora is an ancient, evil, vindictive, and sadistic vampire, hell bent on destruction without a moral compass in sight. I would Love to behead her... 

This first installment is Amazing! Chock full of twisted events that kept me guessing until the end. Embark on a journey of unexpected turns that will mesmerize you.

“Did anyone see you coming here?” I hope no one saw because it’ll only be a matter of time before the alpha and the pack get here if they know.

“I told you, I would come to you, and don’t
worry no one has seen me, my little gem,” he says.

“I’ve been waiting for you for centuries my
little wolf. There’s nothing in this world that will stop me from being with you.” 

Just hearing him say that, makes my wolf yip happily inside. I move outvof the doorway making room for him to enter, he stops and gives me a crooked
grin as he holds onto the door frame. I look at him puzzled and he chuckles. 

“You need to invite me in.”

Well, I wasn’t expecting that, guess
something’s are true about vampires. 

“Come in, Samuel,” my voice is husky. I
stare at him crossing the threshold. As soon as his feet step inside the house, he’s in front of me, gazing down at me like I’m his last cool drink of water, well
in this case blood. He moves so fast I didn’t even get a chance to react. 

He places his hand under my chin, slowly
lifting my head up. He leans down and kisses me softly at first but then he
applies more pressure. I moan into the kiss, his tongue probing into my mouth,
my tongue tangling with his. I run my tongue down his fang, and he groans
out   shifting himself against me. I feel
his erection through his pants, gasping as he grinds himself into me, he runs
and slams the front door shut, and then comes back to me lifting me up off of
my feet, my legs wrap around his hips, and he races up the stairs quickly.

In my time on this Earth, I have always been intrigued by the written word. As a child, I was always a strong reader. As I grew older, I found other hobbies, that was until I was introduced to Edward Cullen, yes, I was a Twihard! I loved the Twilight Saga very much and opened my eyes back to the Young Adult book world. I was ravenous again, reading any YA book I could get my hands on.

Amazeballs!!! Miss Knizley has done it again in this second installment of the The Storm Chronicles, Stormrage, grabbed my attention and kept it there from page one...when I had to put it down... I found it stayed in the forefront of my mind!

Action packed from start to finish, filled with mystery, suspense, twisted turns and snark. Who is really behind all the darkness?

Raven and Rupert have their hands full with battling horrific evil... so vividly picturesque in it's presentation... I felt like I was right there with them... I Love that quality of writing and Miss Knizley does not disappoint.

I recommend this series to the +18 vampire readers out there who LOVE a strong female lead. Raven Storm is KICKASSERY BADNESS for sure!

Holy Smoly!! I Love this series. Raven Storm is one BADA$$ character. 

Raven and Rup sure have their hands full in this third installment. Chock full of action, suspense, mystery, horrific scenes, unexpected twists and OMG moments. I found myself so engrossed... I didn't hear my name being called. LOL 

Miss Knizley has such a wonderful way of wording Raven's snark comments in the inner dialogue as well as the conversations. It left me laughing or giggling most of the time.

This book may not be for everyone... due to its graphic nature. If you enjoy paranormal horror, then check out this Series.
