About the author:
Writing as it is for most authors is something that happens whether you want it to or not. You breathe��"you write.
Imagination brings it all together. Ideas come out of ordinary circumstances that suggest the abstract.  Inspiration for me often comes from my hot Irish husband, and then from the world around me.

I was so lucky to be blessed with the best daughter any mom could ever hope to have and then when she got married she gave us the son we always dreamed of having.

We moved from New York to NC with our horses, added our wolf Cherokee who gave us a 50% wolf/German Shep, our big man Rocky. He is now three years old and weighs in over l70 pounds. We brought our horses with us from New York and they romp and play in our front pastures. Completing this zoo is Mr. H the turtle.

I love hiking, swimming, equestrian sports, and gardening.

I used to write regencies and historical romances (over 40 mass market bestsellers) for Fawcett, Zebra and Doubleday Book Club. Took a break from it for a time and then discovered the world of paranormal romance.

Creating my paranormal romances is more than a pleasure--it feels as though that was something I was always meant to write.

I researched for months before I sat down to create my own world of Fae, Druids witches, and sorcerers, and now my new vampire series beginning with Shadowlove-Stalkers.
