What an Amazing Thrill Ride.

Michael Allan Scott is a new to me author and he most definitely has an active and vivid imagination to create a multi-layered world with twisted turns that I did not see coming. 

It's not a quick read, but it does go pretty fast with all the action packed scenes. I will be reading the other books in this series, they can be read as standalones or in order.

Lance Underphal isn't like any other character I have encountered before. Photographer, psychic, and is a Board Member of ROC - Reach Out for Children. There is so much going on in this story, it blew my mind. Along with a cast of colorful characters, Lance is on the move to solve the latest missing teenager. He dies gave help from an unlikely source, his late wife, Sonja.

OMGosh! Devin and Bobbie are getting closer while things out of their control are causing one devil of a mess. Love it!

Multi-layered, well written, and easy to follow, this is one installment that made my day. Twisting threads of mystery, romance, suspense, angst, hurt, steam and a few witchy turns put this story on my favorites list. 

As Bobbie is trying to achieve her goals, she has to deal with an upset Devin MacLeod expressing his desire to have her stay with him always. He wants to protect her, as he is an alpha male.  They both know that is not possible at the moment, as the Vampires and Lycans are in war and the human race is at stake. 

Bring on installment three!!

I highly recommend this series!

I Love the humor, love, passion, intensity, suspense, every excruciating twist, mind-blowing turn, lesson learned, and action-packed scene within this little gem of a peek into my beloved Silivasi Family at Christmas time. I never want this beautiful, deeply emotional rollercoaster ride, and picturesque world to end. I am very fond of these characters, they live by a code.

They're Freaken Drop-Dead Gorgeous! 

Well written, easy to follow, and oh so hard to put down. I tried not to gobble it up, but I did. Multi-layered with a plethora of raw emotion, I went from giggling to getting upset, then the story would turn and warm my heart because the scene was so endearing. 

Oh yes, there was one scene that made me smile deep within, Saber, one of the sentinels, is my favorite vampire, he has two tone hair and a very unique fighting style! Anyway - I'd say he is noticed everywhere he goes, needless to say, this leads his destiny, Vanya, to experience the attention Saber draws. 88

Miss Dawn has the ability to reach deep down within herself to create lethal, yet, passionate characters that bring me to my knees, with their loyalty, passion, trials, tribulations, and self-control. 

Marquis is an Ancient Master Warrior, loyal, intense, skilled, and deadly. Ciopori Demir Silivasi is an original princess, and Marquis' destiny, who needs to be taught a lesson, Marquis, as her mate, is the teacher. Oh, what will happen, I can imagine... I will never tell.

What Just Happened?


This first installment had me glued to my seat, flipping pages until I finished it. It's an awesome read, paranormal, erotic, psychological, horrific, thrilling, suspenseful, mysterious and OMG the Steam!

Whoa! What a well written, easy to follow, and hard to put down story. TL Travis beautifully portrayed the characters and their backgrounds, the world building is consistent and picturesque in it's delivery. It's the unexpected turns and WTF twists that really blew me away! 

Meet Jessica Cartright, Jess, as I will be calling her, is a simple - jeans, t-shirts, and tennis shoe kinda - gal, coming of age, loves sports, but unfortunately has two left feet. Sounds like me. LOL She is intelligent, easy on the eyes, witty, and snarky, she prefers simplicity. 

She has so many intriguing factors that come in to play during her journey. She and her mom are as different as night and day, which Jess deals with on a daily basis. What other choice is there when you live with your parents? Not much if you want to maintain some kinda balance in the negative dysfunction.

Jess has been having haunting, reoccurring dreams with a faceless man who slowly leads her into the dark unknown, Who is he? Why won't he show his face? What does he want? 
When her first boyfriend re-enters her life, things start happening that seem to parallel her dreams? 

Say What? 

Jessica has some terrifying scenes she goes through, they left my mouth agape at times. When she is engaging in self dialogue, I giggled envisioning the senereo ...

Whoa! ~ This! Needs! To! Be! A! Movie!!!!

I did not care for Myles at first, he seemed a bit too privileged, as the story unfolded, I started to become invested in both characters... Myles and Nicole. It was as if I was standing on the sidelines watching the scenes play out, I can envision the picturesque, romantic writing style of Jackson Kane. 

I LOVE THAT IN A BOOK!!

Well written, easy to follow and hard to put down, I still can see the beauty with these likeable, believable, and sexilicious characters. Chock full of twisted turns I didn't see coming, emotions, and steaming Hot sex scenes. As far as I am concerned, this is Mr. Jackson's best book thus far. I want more please? 

I especially enjoyed the way the author wrote the captivating sensuality into the characters. I don't use spoilers in my reviews as it can ruin a book for others. So all I can say is Way to Go, Jackson Kane!!!

What an Incredible Story!!

Is it possible to overcome the negative baggage life throws at you and truly enjoy life again? 

This is a well written story full of emotions, I was enraptured by the characters and their past. The way Hunter and Elliott interact with each other is so refreshing and endearing.

The characters and their back stories are believable, likable and we'll developed.

Hunter - an ex-convict going through the hoops of his parole, guarded.
Elliott -  a shy young man who has his stuff together, protected. 

The story moved me as these two men embarked on a journey of self-discovery. Going through some twisted events and unforgiving turns. I do not use spoilers in my review as it ruins the story for some. I rooted for them as the story unfolded.

I recommend this story to those who like STEAM in their reads.
